The hotel will try to provide specific room needs, but ground floor rooms are limited; however, all parts of the hotel are accessible by elevators. Many rooms have a queen bed and a pull-out couch. 

People wishing to room together should send their applications and cheques in the same envelope.

London is a smoke-free city, so smoking rooms are very limited and must be requested.

PAYMENT: This registration application must be accompanied by your payment, and registered workshop application form. 

There are three methods of payment available

_____One cheque for $335.00 dated October 15th, 2004

_____Two cheques for $167.50, dated October 15th 2004, and January 15, 2005

_____Five cheques for $67.00 dated Oct. 15th, Nov.15th, Dec.15th, Jan. 15th 2005, Feb. 15th

Workshops - please include payments for your most expensive workshop for both Saturday and Sunday. Payment may be included with you registration fee payment or you may enclose a separate post-dated cheque for February 15, 2005.

Payment will be accepted in Canadian Funds Only either by cheque or money order made out to "The Miniatures Clubs of London Gathering 2005." Please put your name on all cheques. US dollars will be accepted at par. Your cashed cheque is your notice of registration. If sending a money order, please make sure it is an International Money Order.

Cancellations and Refunds: February 28, 2005 is the deadline for cancellation refunds. Please inform the Registrar by phone followed by a written confirmation (post or email). Reimbursement will be by cheque with an administrative fee of $25.00 retained. To avoid excessive charges, please do not put a stop payment on your cheque.
