The Cost:

The weekend includes two nights accommodation in the Lamplighter Inn, six meals, coffee breaks, snacks, favours, entertainment, and great souvenirs. The cost is $335. Canadian per person based on double occupancy. A very few single rooms are available at an extra cost of $52.50.  Workshop fees, Gathering Helper tickets and pre-banquet drinks are not included. Please send cheques in Canadian dollars only. US dollars will be accepted at par.

How to register:

Details on how to register appear on the Registration Form. All registrations received by October 15, 2004 will be drawn at random and assigned a registration number. This number will be used to assign workshops. Registrations received after October 15, 2004 will be assigned numbers in sequence.

Because of this random drawing, and in the event we have more registrants than we can accommodate, it is absolutely essential that those wishing to room together send in their registrations in the SAME ENVELOPE.

Registration Notification:

If your cheques have been cashed, consider yourself registered. This will be followed by confirmation of your workshop selection. Any US or Overseas applicants wishing to pay with a money order, please make sure it is an International Money Order.

Credit Cards:

All hotels require a credit card or a deposit at registration time. Anyone who does not use a credit card will be asked to deposit $20. This deposit will be returned, or the credit card will not be charged, if no long distance charges nor Room Service charges are incurred.

Hotel Rooms:

The hotel assigns the rooms so if there is a problem with the room please speak with the front desk about it rather than the Gathering Committee.

The city of London is a non-smoking city in all public places and work places, but the hotel is still allowed to have a very few smoking rooms.

Cancellations:

A refund of your registration fee (minus a $25 administration charge) will be given provided notice in writing is received prior to February 28th, 2005.  Based on hotel policy, refunds after March 1st will depend on whether or not we have someone from the waiting list to take your place. 

If you must cancel, please advise Dot MacRae (Registrar) by e-mail (macraedot@aol.com) or by telephone (519)686-6626) followed by confirmation in writing. If a refund is in order, we will reimburse you by cheque. To avoid bank charges to the committee and yourself, please do not put a stop payment on your cheque.
